中國人民(min)銀行《金融科技(ji)發(fa)展規劃(2022~2025年》指(zhi)出:運用(yong)機器人流(liu)程(cheng)自(zi)動化(hua)(hua)(RPA)、自(zi)然語言(yan)處理(li)(NLP)、智能字(zi)符識別(ICR)等智能技術(shu)開展端(duan)到端(duan)數字(zi)化(hua)(hua)流(liu)程(cheng)重構,打通部門間(jian)業(ye)(ye)務(wu)阻隔與(yu)流(liu)程(cheng)斷點,實現跨角(jiao)色、跨時(shi)序(xu)的(de)業(ye)(ye)務(wu)靈活定制與(yu)編排,打造環節無(wu)縫(feng)銜接、信息實時(shi)交互(hu)、資源協同高(gao)效的(de)業(ye)(ye)務(wu)處理(li)模式(shi),更好(hao)支撐數字(zi)化(hua)(hua)業(ye)(ye)務(wu)發展。

人保財險(xian)科技(ji)(ji)運營(ying)部自2019年(nian)以來探索引入(ru)RPA技(ji)(ji)術(shu),打造(zao)數字員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)工,將(jiang)(jiang)大量重復且規則明確的業務(wu)操作由機器人自動執行替(ti)代人工操作,節(jie)省員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)工在機械(xie)、重復、耗時(shi)工作上(shang)的工作量和時(shi)間,使員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)工可以從(cong)事(shi)更有(you)(you)價(jia)值和創造(zao)性的工作,有(you)(you)效提(ti)升運營(ying)效能和人力(li)績效。經過(guo)兩年(nian)左右的不斷嘗試并積累經驗(yan),2022年(nian),科技(ji)(ji)運營(ying)部將(jiang)(jiang)數字員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)工平(ping)臺項目納入(ru)人保財險(xian)“三化(hua)(hua)”建(jian)(jian)設首批項目清(qing)單,通過(guo)建(jian)(jian)章立制、組建(jian)(jian)CoE(Center of Excellence,一般稱(cheng)卓越中心,負責(ze)統籌推動RPA應(ying)用)、深挖場景、打造(zao)平(ping)臺、強化(hua)(hua)管控、技(ji)(ji)術(shu)創新等(deng)舉措,自上(shang)而(er)下有(you)(you)組織地推動RPA系(xi)統化(hua)(hua)、規范化(hua)(hua)、規模化(hua)(hua)應(ying)用,促進降本(ben)增效,助力(li)公司運營(ying)自動化(hua)(hua)和數字化(hua)(hua)轉(zhuan)型。

RPA數字員工概述
RPA是(shi)運用智能(neng)軟件模擬(ni)并(bing)增(zeng)強人與計算機的(de)(de)交互過程,執行規則化、重復性任(ren)務(wu)的(de)(de)軟件解決(jue)方案(an),是(shi)當前金融科(ke)技的(de)(de)熱(re)點。基于RPA技術和工具可以打造具備真實員工工作能(neng)力的(de)(de)虛擬(ni)化數(shu)字(zi)員工。
RPA具有低(di)成(cheng)本、非侵入、易擴(kuo)展(zhan)、跨系(xi)(xi)統、集中(zhong)管理和(he)(he)(he)控(kong)(kong)制等(deng)特點和(he)(he)(he)優(you)(you)勢。RPA的開發周(zhou)期(qi)較短,中(zhong)等(deng)復(fu)雜(za)度的流程一(yi)般僅需要1~2周(zhou)時間即可完成(cheng)開發并上線;RPA的部(bu)署(shu)(shu)和(he)(he)(he)使用無須改變現有系(xi)(xi)統,對現有系(xi)(xi)統無侵入性,可以(yi)(yi)解(jie)決(jue)遺留(liu)系(xi)(xi)統難以(yi)(yi)改造的痛點;RPA可以(yi)(yi)快(kuai)速(su)復(fu)制和(he)(he)(he)橫向擴(kuo)展(zhan),有效滿足業務處理規模快(kuai)速(su)增長的需要;RPA可以(yi)(yi)方便地進(jin)行(xing)跨系(xi)(xi)統操(cao)作,自動進(jin)行(xing)信息提取和(he)(he)(he)傳(chuan)遞,實現系(xi)(xi)統互(hu)聯和(he)(he)(he)數(shu)據集成(cheng);RPA支持通過管理平臺進(jin)行(xing)集中(zhong)部(bu)署(shu)(shu)、調度和(he)(he)(he)監控(kong)(kong),實現規模化應用,降低(di)管理成(cheng)本。RPA的上述(shu)獨特優(you)(you)勢使其(qi)在(zai)近兩年快(kuai)速(su)成(cheng)為金融科技熱點,吸(xi)引了大(da)量(liang)的投資,促(cu)進(jin)技術快(kuai)速(su)發展(zhan)并在(zai)金融保險行(xing)業得(de)到廣泛應用。
人保財險的實踐經驗
建章立制,為(wei)規范化應用奠定基(ji)礎
2022年2月,由科(ke)技運營部牽頭起草,人(ren)(ren)保財險印(yin)發了《RPA建設(she)運營管理辦(ban)法(fa)(試行)》(以下簡(jian)稱《管理辦(ban)法(fa)》)和RPA需求審(shen)核與(yu)后評估(gu)、RPA流(liu)程(cheng)設(she)計(ji)開發、RPA流(liu)程(cheng)運行維護(hu)三個配套(tao)規范(fan)以及相應的文(wen)檔模板。這是人(ren)(ren)保財險首次就RPA建設(she)運營發布制度規范(fan),填(tian)補了相關(guan)領域的空白。
《管(guan)理(li)辦法(fa)》明(ming)確了RPA建(jian)設(she)(she)和運(yun)營(ying)(ying)(ying)遵循統籌規(gui)(gui)(gui)劃、集中管(guan)理(li)、高效協(xie)同、規(gui)(gui)(gui)范(fan)合規(gui)(gui)(gui)原則(ze);明(ming)確了總部及各分(fen)公司、科技部門、業(ye)務部門以及數字化(hua)運(yun)營(ying)(ying)(ying)項目(mu)組在RPA建(jian)設(she)(she)運(yun)營(ying)(ying)(ying)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)中的職責;明(ming)確了RPA從需求(qiu)管(guan)理(li)、流(liu)程(cheng)設(she)(she)計開(kai)(kai)發、發布部署、運(yun)行維護以及后評估的全生命周期管(guan)理(li)要求(qiu)。《管(guan)理(li)辦法(fa)》及配套規(gui)(gui)(gui)范(fan)是開(kai)(kai)展RPA建(jian)設(she)(she)運(yun)營(ying)(ying)(ying)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)的基本指引,為(wei)建(jian)立(li)健全RPA建(jian)設(she)(she)運(yun)營(ying)(ying)(ying)體系、推動(dong)RPA規(gui)(gui)(gui)范(fan)化(hua)應用奠定了良好基礎(chu)。
組建CoE,打造總分(fen)協(xie)同(tong)高效團隊
人(ren)保(bao)財險由科(ke)技運(yun)(yun)營(ying)(ying)部(bu)統籌(chou)管理(li)RPA建設和運(yun)(yun)營(ying)(ying),各(ge)省級(ji)分公司科(ke)技運(yun)(yun)營(ying)(ying)部(bu)負責開展轄內RPA需(xu)求(qiu)的收集(ji)、統籌(chou)和初審,鼓勵具備(bei)自主開發能力的分公司通過總分協同模式承(cheng)擔本分公司的RPA流程(cheng)設計開發工(gong)作,總部(bu)各(ge)部(bu)門及各(ge)數字(zi)化運(yun)(yun)營(ying)(ying)項目(mu)組負責本條線RPA需(xu)求(qiu)的收集(ji)、統籌(chou)和初審,并(bing)配合做好流程(cheng)的部(bu)署(shu)、運(yun)(yun)維、優化以及需(xu)求(qiu)后評估等工(gong)作。
依據上述(shu)職責分工,科技(ji)(ji)運營(ying)部牽頭組建了總(zong)分協同(tong)(tong)、科技(ji)(ji)與(yu)(yu)業務(wu)高效(xiao)聯動的(de)RPA建設與(yu)(yu)運營(ying)團(tuan)隊,即(ji)中心(xin)式的(de)CoE。團(tuan)隊涵蓋總(zong)分公司科技(ji)(ji)、業務(wu)人(ren)員,定期召開項目例會,每月編制(zhi)并發布數字員工項目月報,舉辦RPA制(zhi)度宣導與(yu)(yu)流程開發技(ji)(ji)術(shu)培訓,促進相互學習借鑒,共同(tong)(tong)提升(sheng)應用成效(xiao)。
深挖場景(jing),擴大數字員工規模范(fan)圍(wei)
考慮到開發資源(yuan)、產品許(xu)可(ke)的(de)(de)數量有限,為(wei)實現(xian)更高的(de)(de)投(tou)入(ru)產出,人(ren)保(bao)財險結(jie)合RPA技(ji)術(shu)特點(dian),明(ming)確RPA需求準(zhun)(zhun)入(ru)標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun),要求需求應(ying)同時(shi)滿(man)足以(yi)下五項標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)方可(ke)使用RPA:基于明(ming)確的(de)(de)業(ye)務(wu)規則、大量重復的(de)(de)人(ren)工操作(zuo)、難以(yi)或(huo)短期(qi)無法通過系統改造(zao)實現(xian)、穩(wen)定運行的(de)(de)標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)流程,以(yi)及結(jie)構化或(huo)可(ke)結(jie)構化的(de)(de)輸入(ru)數據。
數字員(yuan)工建(jian)設運營團隊通過訪談、研(yan)討、問卷調查、實地調研(yan)、頭腦風(feng)暴(bao)、經(jing)驗分享等多(duo)種方式(shi)深入挖掘符合上述標準(zhun)的應用(yong)場(chang)景(jing),同時積極(ji)推動可(ke)統頒(ban)應用(yong)流(liu)程的開(kai)發和推廣,持續擴大應用(yong)場(chang)景(jing)規模和覆蓋(gai)范圍。截(jie)至2022年11月底,人保財險(xian)數字員(yuan)工已覆蓋(gai)財務、客服(fu)、車險(xian)承保、車險(xian)理(li)(li)(li)賠(pei)、非車理(li)(li)(li)賠(pei)、農險(xian)業務等9個領(ling)域;惠(hui)及(ji)車險(xian)核(he)保崗(gang)(gang)、會(hui)計核(he)算崗(gang)(gang)、車險(xian)理(li)(li)(li)算崗(gang)(gang)、95518調度(du)崗(gang)(gang)、結算制單崗(gang)(gang)、農險(xian)理(li)(li)(li)賠(pei)崗(gang)(gang)等31個一線崗(gang)(gang)位。
打造平臺,實現數字員工統(tong)一(yi)管理
人(ren)(ren)保財險(xian)科(ke)技運(yun)營部自主研發(fa)數(shu)(shu)(shu)字(zi)員(yuan)工(gong)運(yun)營管(guan)(guan)理(li)平(ping)臺(tai)(tai)(tai),實現數(shu)(shu)(shu)字(zi)員(yuan)工(gong)的集中(zhong)統一(yi)管(guan)(guan)理(li)。平(ping)臺(tai)(tai)(tai)具備RPA產(chan)品(pin)許可管(guan)(guan)理(li)、流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)程(cheng)(cheng)狀(zhuang)態管(guan)(guan)理(li)、流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)程(cheng)(cheng)上線審(shen)核、流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)程(cheng)(cheng)運(yun)行(xing)(xing)(xing)監控、流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)程(cheng)(cheng)審(shen)計(ji)等功能(neng)(neng)(neng)。平(ping)臺(tai)(tai)(tai)搭建(jian)了流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)程(cheng)(cheng)商店,將基礎、通(tong)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)、可復(fu)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)的流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)程(cheng)(cheng)或組件(jian)進(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)封裝并(bing)上架,促進(jin)通(tong)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)程(cheng)(cheng)和組件(jian)共享(xiang),減(jian)少重復(fu)開發(fa)。為了更(geng)好(hao)地計(ji)量(liang)統計(ji)數(shu)(shu)(shu)字(zi)員(yuan)工(gong)的運(yun)行(xing)(xing)(xing)效(xiao)能(neng)(neng)(neng),平(ping)臺(tai)(tai)(tai)定義了流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)程(cheng)(cheng)效(xiao)能(neng)(neng)(neng)指標(biao)并(bing)開發(fa)了標(biao)準化的計(ji)算(suan)模(mo)塊,嵌入各個流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)程(cheng)(cheng)腳(jiao)本,一(yi)旦流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)程(cheng)(cheng)運(yun)行(xing)(xing)(xing)即可自動記錄流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)程(cheng)(cheng)運(yun)行(xing)(xing)(xing)效(xiao)能(neng)(neng)(neng)并(bing)將數(shu)(shu)(shu)據同(tong)步(bu)至平(ping)臺(tai)(tai)(tai),并(bing)通(tong)過平(ping)臺(tai)(tai)(tai)數(shu)(shu)(shu)字(zi)員(yuan)工(gong)效(xiao)能(neng)(neng)(neng)看板(ban)進(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)統計(ji)和展示。對于集中(zhong)部署的數(shu)(shu)(shu)字(zi)員(yuan)工(gong),人(ren)(ren)保財險(xian)開辟專門的辦(ban)公室,由專人(ren)(ren)進(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)統一(yi)規范化管(guan)(guan)理(li),集中(zhong)進(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)調度,實現機器人(ren)(ren)資源(yuan)的合(he)理(li)調配(pei),形成規模(mo)化應用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)。
強化管控,確(que)保數字員工安全運行
人(ren)保財險采用(yong)(yong)多種安(an)全(quan)管控(kong)(kong)(kong)舉措,確(que)保數(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)字(zi)員(yuan)工安(an)全(quan)合規(gui)運(yun)行(xing)(xing)。一是(shi)加強(qiang)數(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)字(zi)員(yuan)工賬(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)號及(ji)權(quan)限(xian)(xian)管理。修訂(ding)《信息系(xi)(xi)統賬(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)號管理辦法》,明(ming)確(que)定(ding)義并區分(fen)(fen)數(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)字(zi)員(yuan)工賬(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)號和(he)內(nei)部用(yong)(yong)戶賬(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)號,要(yao)求(qiu)為數(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)字(zi)員(yuan)工單獨分(fen)(fen)配信息系(xi)(xi)統賬(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)號,參(can)照內(nei)部用(yong)(yong)戶賬(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)號管理要(yao)求(qiu)進行(xing)(xing)申(shen)請、審(shen)(shen)核和(he)審(shen)(shen)批(pi),并指(zhi)定(ding)內(nei)部人(ren)員(yuan)作為其賬(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)號責(ze)任(ren)人(ren)。嚴格控(kong)(kong)(kong)制數(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)字(zi)員(yuan)工賬(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)號權(quan)限(xian)(xian),按照“權(quan)限(xian)(xian)最小原則”和(he)“職責(ze)分(fen)(fen)離原則”分(fen)(fen)配權(quan)限(xian)(xian)。二是(shi)加強(qiang)數(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)字(zi)員(yuan)工數(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)據(ju)訪(fang)(fang)(fang)問(wen)(wen)和(he)系(xi)(xi)統交互(hu)安(an)全(quan)管控(kong)(kong)(kong)。開展流程(cheng)設計(ji)架構評審(shen)(shen)和(he)代碼審(shen)(shen)查(cha),嚴格控(kong)(kong)(kong)制數(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)字(zi)員(yuan)工的(de)數(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)據(ju)訪(fang)(fang)(fang)問(wen)(wen)權(quan)限(xian)(xian),禁止數(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)字(zi)員(yuan)工直接訪(fang)(fang)(fang)問(wen)(wen)核心系(xi)(xi)統接口(kou)和(he)生產數(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)據(ju)庫,嚴格控(kong)(kong)(kong)制數(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)字(zi)員(yuan)工發起的(de)系(xi)(xi)統訪(fang)(fang)(fang)問(wen)(wen)請求(qiu)頻率,確(que)保不影響系(xi)(xi)統正常(chang)(chang)運(yun)行(xing)(xing)。三是(shi)對數(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)字(zi)員(yuan)工運(yun)行(xing)(xing)過程(cheng)進行(xing)(xing)全(quan)程(cheng)監控(kong)(kong)(kong)和(he)錄屏(ping),記(ji)錄運(yun)行(xing)(xing)日志,支持(chi)異常(chang)(chang)任(ren)務告警、問(wen)(wen)題定(ding)位和(he)事后審(shen)(shen)計(ji)。
技(ji)術創新,打造(zao)智能化(hua)、服務化(hua)員工
人(ren)保財險科技(ji)運營部加強RPA技(ji)術(shu)創新,一是(shi)將RPA與OCR、自(zi)然語(yu)言(yan)處理(li)、知識(shi)圖(tu)譜(pu)等(deng)AI技(ji)術(shu)深度融(rong)合,提升RPA應用的(de)(de)智能化水平,打造智慧數(shu)字(zi)(zi)員(yuan)工(gong)。通(tong)(tong)過(guo)與OCR技(ji)術(shu)融(rong)合,實(shi)現(xian)承(cheng)保、核保、理(li)賠等(deng)業務流(liu)(liu)(liu)程中單證票據信息的(de)(de)自(zi)動(dong)識(shi)別和(he)錄入,串(chuan)聯了原本需要人(ren)工(gong)參與的(de)(de)環節,彌(mi)合流(liu)(liu)(liu)程斷(duan)點,實(shi)現(xian)端到端流(liu)(liu)(liu)程自(zi)動(dong)化,將RPA的(de)(de)應用能力擴展到包(bao)含非結構(gou)化數(shu)據的(de)(de)場景(jing)(jing)。通(tong)(tong)過(guo)與自(zi)然語(yu)言(yan)處理(li)、知識(shi)圖(tu)譜(pu)等(deng)技(ji)術(shu)融(rong)合,打造智能問答數(shu)字(zi)(zi)員(yuan)工(gong)。二是(shi)創新提出“數(shu)字(zi)(zi)員(yuan)工(gong)服(fu)(fu)務化”的(de)(de)理(li)念和(he)模(mo)式,將數(shu)字(zi)(zi)員(yuan)工(gong)封裝成標準化服(fu)(fu)務,由業務應用通(tong)(tong)過(guo)接口便捷調用,融(rong)入IT運維(wei)等(deng)場景(jing)(jing),進一步提升數(shu)字(zi)(zi)員(yuan)工(gong)應用的(de)(de)靈(ling)活性和(he)便捷性。
2022年8月13日,在RPA中(zhong)國(guo)主(zhu)(zhu)辦的“第(di)二(er)屆中(zhong)國(guo)RPA+AI開(kai)(kai)發(fa)者大賽”中(zhong),人保財險(xian)科(ke)技運營(ying)部憑借(jie)自主(zhu)(zhu)開(kai)(kai)發(fa)的作品“基于規則的風險(xian)輔助處(chu)理流程” 榮(rong)獲優秀技術創新獎。

應用成效及典型案例分享
應(ying)用成(cheng)效

截至2022年11月底,數字(zi)(zi)(zi)員工平(ping)臺已在(zai)人(ren)保財險總分公司上線612個RPA流程(cheng),打造699名數字(zi)(zi)(zi)員工,涵蓋總部(bu)及33家省級分公司。2022年以來,數字(zi)(zi)(zi)員工累計運行(xing)時長(chang)超過84萬小時,節約人(ren)工工作量超過356人(ren)年,有效提升了業(ye)務(wu)運營(ying)效率和(he)人(ren)力效能,實現降本增效。

典(dian)型案例分享(xiang)

廣泛應(ying)用的車(che)險核保(bao)機(ji)器人。在(zai)車(che)險業(ye)務中(zhong),存(cun)在(zai)大量規則清晰且重復性(xing)(xing)高(gao)的核保(bao)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作,核保(bao)處(chu)(chu)理(li)(li)時(shi)需要操作多個(ge)系統,人(ren)工(gong)(gong)(gong)處(chu)(chu)理(li)(li)的工(gong)(gong)(gong)作量、復雜度、易錯程度都(dou)較(jiao)高(gao),處(chu)(chu)理(li)(li)的時(shi)效(xiao)性(xing)(xing)也(ye)不能完(wan)全滿足(zu)業(ye)務需要。針對這一場(chang)景,開發車(che)險核保(bao)機器(qi)人(ren)輔助人(ren)工(gong)(gong)(gong)處(chu)(chu)理(li)(li)核保(bao)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作,通(tong)過RPA融合OCR技術,提升(sheng)信息審核速(su)度及(ji)準確性(xing)(xing),輔助人(ren)工(gong)(gong)(gong)快速(su)完(wan)成核保(bao)操作,效(xiao)率提升(sheng)600%。采(cai)用總分(fen)協同模式(shi)對數字員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)進行集中(zhong)管理(li)(li),目前(qian)車(che)險核保(bao)機器(qi)人(ren)已在(zai)28家省級分(fen)公司(si)上線,2022年以來已累(lei)計節(jie)約37人(ren)年工(gong)(gong)(gong)作量。其中(zhong),人(ren)保(bao)財險福建(jian)分(fen)公司(si)共上線9個(ge)車(che)險核保(bao)機器(qi)人(ren),平均每天(tian)處(chu)(chu)理(li)(li)300單業(ye)務,替(ti)代7名(ming)人(ren)工(gong)(gong)(gong)。

集(ji)中部署的理賠集(ji)審照(zhao)片(pian)分揀機器人。在(zai)理(li)(li)賠(pei)(pei)業務中,在(zai)線(xian)理(li)(li)賠(pei)(pei)坐席(xi)(xi)需要通過集(ji)中審(shen)核(he)(he)平臺對各個渠道上(shang)傳(chuan)的(de)海量(liang)照(zhao)(zhao)(zhao)片(pian)進(jin)行(xing)人(ren)(ren)工(gong)審(shen)核(he)(he)和(he)(he)分(fen)(fen)揀,工(gong)作量(liang)大(da),耗費人(ren)(ren)力成本高。針對這一場景,開發理(li)(li)賠(pei)(pei)集(ji)審(shen)照(zhao)(zhao)(zhao)片(pian)分(fen)(fen)揀機器人(ren)(ren),通過RPA融合(he)OCR技術對照(zhao)(zhao)(zhao)片(pian)關(guan)鍵信息進(jin)行(xing)自動(dong)提取和(he)(he)識(shi)別,將識(shi)別后的(de)照(zhao)(zhao)(zhao)片(pian)自動(dong)分(fen)(fen)揀至(zhi)對應目錄,大(da)幅提升線(xian)上(shang)理(li)(li)賠(pei)(pei)處(chu)理(li)(li)時(shi)效。理(li)(li)賠(pei)(pei)集(ji)審(shen)照(zhao)(zhao)(zhao)片(pian)分(fen)(fen)揀機器人(ren)(ren)自2021年(nian)年(nian)底(di)上(shang)線(xian)以來,采用總部(bu)集(ji)中部(bu)署的(de)方式,共部(bu)署15名數字(zi)員工(gong),累計運(yun)行(xing)22019小(xiao)時(shi),節(jie)約(yue)人(ren)(ren)力1633人(ren)(ren)天,有效提高了分(fen)(fen)揀效率(lv)和(he)(he)準確率(lv),在(zai)為(wei)理(li)(li)賠(pei)(pei)坐席(xi)(xi)減負的(de)同時(shi),將數字(zi)員工(gong)的(de)處(chu)理(li)(li)結果記錄在(zai)表格中,每日(ri)交由指(zhi)定人(ren)(ren)員對結果進(jin)行(xing)二次(ci)檢查,保證流程(cheng)運(yun)行(xing)平穩(wen)且(qie)風險可控。

處(chu)理短期大批量業(ye)務(wu)的農險業(ye)務(wu)機器人。農(nong)(nong)(nong)險(xian)(xian)(xian)業(ye)(ye)(ye)務(wu)(wu)(wu)具(ju)有受政(zheng)(zheng)策約束較大(da)、集中出單(dan)占比(bi)高、季節(jie)性較強等特點。在(zai)一些特殊的應用場(chang)景(jing),如財政(zheng)(zheng)部(bu)(bu)下(xia)發(fa)《中央財政(zheng)(zheng)農(nong)(nong)(nong)業(ye)(ye)(ye)保(bao)險(xian)(xian)(xian)保(bao)費補貼管理辦法(fa)》要求(qiu)(qiu)調(diao)(diao)整政(zheng)(zheng)策性農(nong)(nong)(nong)險(xian)(xian)(xian)各(ge)險(xian)(xian)(xian)種(zhong)的各(ge)級(ji)財政(zheng)(zheng)補貼比(bi)例、農(nong)(nong)(nong)險(xian)(xian)(xian)集中承(cheng)保(bao)錄單(dan)時進行海量(liang)影像(xiang)(xiang)上(shang)(shang)(shang)傳、農(nong)(nong)(nong)險(xian)(xian)(xian)理賠(pei)大(da)客(ke)戶(hu)案件(jian)抽(chou)檢要求(qiu)(qiu)下(xia)載系統案件(jian)清單(dan)及影像(xiang)(xiang)資(zi)(zi)料時,業(ye)(ye)(ye)務(wu)(wu)(wu)量(liang)巨大(da)且對時效性及數據質量(liang)要求(qiu)(qiu)都很高,分(fen)(fen)公(gong)司往(wang)往(wang)需(xu)要抽(chou)調(diao)(diao)大(da)量(liang)業(ye)(ye)(ye)務(wu)(wu)(wu)人(ren)(ren)員集中在(zai)數天(tian)或數十(shi)天(tian)內加(jia)班加(jia)點完成上(shang)(shang)(shang)萬件(jian)保(bao)單(dan)的錄單(dan)、批(pi)改或資(zi)(zi)料下(xia)載操作(zuo)。為(wei)提高業(ye)(ye)(ye)務(wu)(wu)(wu)處理效率,開發(fa)上(shang)(shang)(shang)線(xian)(xian)農(nong)(nong)(nong)險(xian)(xian)(xian)政(zheng)(zheng)策性系數批(pi)改機(ji)(ji)器人(ren)(ren)、農(nong)(nong)(nong)險(xian)(xian)(xian)影像(xiang)(xiang)上(shang)(shang)(shang)傳機(ji)(ji)器人(ren)(ren)、農(nong)(nong)(nong)險(xian)(xian)(xian)理賠(pei)資(zi)(zi)料下(xia)載機(ji)(ji)器人(ren)(ren)等農(nong)(nong)(nong)險(xian)(xian)(xian)業(ye)(ye)(ye)務(wu)(wu)(wu)機(ji)(ji)器人(ren)(ren)。根(gen)據業(ye)(ye)(ye)務(wu)(wu)(wu)需(xu)要,快(kuai)速部(bu)(bu)署(shu)數十(shi)名數字(zi)員工,完成短(duan)期大(da)批(pi)量(liang)任務(wu)(wu)(wu)后再(zai)將(jiang)機(ji)(ji)器人(ren)(ren)許可資(zi)(zi)源(yuan)釋放,極大(da)地發(fa)揮(hui)了(le)數字(zi)員工快(kuai)速部(bu)(bu)署(shu)、靈活適(shi)配業(ye)(ye)(ye)務(wu)(wu)(wu)的優勢,減輕(qing)了(le)基層一線(xian)(xian)的工作(zuo)負擔。2022年7月(yue),人(ren)(ren)保(bao)財險(xian)(xian)(xian)河南分(fen)(fen)公(gong)司緊急開發(fa)上(shang)(shang)(shang)線(xian)(xian)并部(bu)(bu)署(shu)15個(ge)農(nong)(nong)(nong)險(xian)(xian)(xian)政(zheng)(zheng)策性系數批(pi)改機(ji)(ji)器人(ren)(ren),共(gong)運行2個(ge)月(yue),完成23890單(dan)批(pi)改工作(zuo),節(jie)約人(ren)(ren)力498人(ren)(ren)天(tian)。

開創數字(zi)員工服務化模式的運維機(ji)器人(ren)。人(ren)保(bao)(bao)財險湖南分公司科技運(yun)營部(bu)(bu)率先提出“數(shu)(shu)(shu)字(zi)(zi)員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)服務(wu)化”理念并實(shi)(shi)現落(luo)地(di),自(zi)(zi)(zi)主開發(fa)“小南同(tong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)”智(zhi)能(neng)運(yun)維(wei)(wei)應用(yong)(yong)。一方面(mian)依托企業微信工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)臺作(zuo)為入口,接收用(yong)(yong)戶以(yi)自(zi)(zi)(zi)然語言方式下(xia)達(da)的(de)(de)任務(wu)命令并轉(zhuan)化為數(shu)(shu)(shu)字(zi)(zi)員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)可以(yi)理解(jie)的(de)(de)任務(wu)消息,另一方面(mian)將(jiang)各類運(yun)維(wei)(wei)數(shu)(shu)(shu)字(zi)(zi)員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)封裝成(cheng)標準化服務(wu)以(yi)便調(diao)用(yong)(yong)。各數(shu)(shu)(shu)字(zi)(zi)員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)監聽消息,當(dang)監聽到歸屬(shu)于自(zi)(zi)(zi)身的(de)(de)任務(wu)消息時則自(zi)(zi)(zi)動執(zhi)(zhi)行(xing)(xing),并將(jiang)執(zhi)(zhi)行(xing)(xing)結果返回“小南同(tong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)”前(qian)端并反(fan)饋用(yong)(yong)戶。“小南同(tong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)”將(jiang)日常運(yun)維(wei)(wei)中(zhong)的(de)(de)重(zhong)復工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)交給數(shu)(shu)(shu)字(zi)(zi)員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)自(zi)(zi)(zi)動解(jie)決,如車險投保(bao)(bao)預確認、重(zhong)新(xin)轉(zhuan)保(bao)(bao)單(dan)、電子(zi)保(bao)(bao)單(dan)重(zhong)發(fa)等,實(shi)(shi)現運(yun)維(wei)(wei)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)的(de)(de)智(zhi)能(neng)化自(zi)(zi)(zi)執(zhi)(zhi)行(xing)(xing),并將(jiang)數(shu)(shu)(shu)字(zi)(zi)員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)的(de)(de)調(diao)用(yong)(yong)無縫融入運(yun)維(wei)(wei)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)場(chang)景,支(zhi)持數(shu)(shu)(shu)字(zi)(zi)員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)的(de)(de)自(zi)(zi)(zi)定義擴展和快速接入,實(shi)(shi)現“數(shu)(shu)(shu)字(zi)(zi)員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)服務(wu)化”模(mo)式。人(ren)保(bao)(bao)財險科技運(yun)營部(bu)(bu)基于湖南分公司創新(xin)探(tan)索(suo),打造統頒(ban)“人(ren)保(bao)(bao)小智(zhi)”智(zhi)能(neng)運(yun)維(wei)(wei)應用(yong)(yong)并進行(xing)(xing)全國(guo)推廣。
